Camera on a Gas Powered Remote Control Car
We decided to strap a camera on my friends remote control car and it turned out pretty good. We were at an elementary school and were tested it out.

There’s an RC toy shop at the front of my neighborhood – not sure if they have what you’re looking for, but they would probably know where to send you.
They’re right next to Gerland’s and they’re always racing cars in the parking lot.

Is there any way to make a Nito Powered Rc car quiet enough to drive without that loud roar and not disturb the neighbors?
You can, but you risk losing power to do so. There are a couple of different pipes on the market that will quiet down a nitro engine, but you can also put a piece of silicone tube on the stinger(as long as you want, the longer the better) And it will help tone the sound down. It will never be as quiet as an electric, but you can make them a little bit quieter.

I bought a used RC car. It’s a gas powered RC and I’m not sure how to start the engine.
Any suggestions??
For starters it depends on if it is actually gas powered or Nitromethane powered(most "gas" powered, small block rc cars). If it is a nitromethane powered car you would need to make sure that it has fresh fuel in it(stales very easily). Make sure that you have a charged glow plug heater. And then actual starting methods also very. There are pull starters, there are bump starters, and there are specialized electric starters(like those that Traxxas use).
I am wondering if it is illegal to use a gas powered RC car on my neighborhood street. For some reason I remember reading that some where, and I am wanting to make sure that it is correct or not. And I am talking about RC cars that go like +65 MPH
There are different laws in different areas. Sometimes it’s illegal, sometimes it’s not.
If it is illegal in your area, and you get caught, you won’t get in trouble. Most cops won’t even know of the law. The worst they’ll do is tell you not to run it on the streets.
I’m also guessing your going to run it in your neighborhood/non busy streets… if so, like I said, you’ll have nothing to worry about.
